O’ Neill Centre : The O’ Neill Centre would like to thank all the parents and pupils of the Pres. for the money collected on the no uniform day. €440 was raised for the centre. Everybody, including some teachers looked great in their Halloween outfits!


 Heineken Cup : we were delighted to welcome Barry Daly, and Elma the I.R.F.U. rep. who brought the Heineken Cup to the school on Monday the 12th.  As it is Leinster’s second year in a row to win it, we will be hoping for three in a row next year.   

Tag rugby : Barry has started coaching sixth class from Room 16 on Wednesdays and will be giving  all our 5th and 6th class girls 4 weeks training sessions from now until the end of February. It’s great fun!  Thank you Barry.

  G.A.A. Members of Dicksboro G.A.A. club and C.B.S. T.Y. boys have completed football training sessions with first class, and are now giving hurling training sessions. Go raibh míle maith agaibh.

Book Fair: the Book Fair was a great success. Thanks to Kahn Bookshop and to the Parents’ Council. It was great to see our boys and girls buying lots of lovely books at great prices.
