Dubray Book Shop invited all classes to visit them during the week. Classes were read excerpts from their books, by different authors. Everybody had a token worth €1.50 or got a free book. Seachtain na Gaeilge 2014
We had a great time celebrating Seachtain na Gaeilge with a concert and a ceilí. All the classes performed. Míle buiochas do gach duine as ucht an lá iontach sin.
Confirmation took place on Saturday March 29th in St. Mary’s cathedral.
Green School Committee 2014
Our Green School Committee are doing some wonderful work. We can see them here at our rainwater harvester.
Challenge to Change 2014
Girls from Room 11 are using water from our harvester for the school garden.
As part of the challenge to change project, 5th class from Room 11,under the guidance of Mrs Denieffe, are doing a wonderful job on the school garden.
Mrs Denieffe’s Class worked very hard on this great project and did a wonderful presentation.
