Sixth Class Play : June 22nd
Sixth class put on a brilliant play this year. They entertained the school first and then their families.

The play told the story of Jackie and The Beanstalk, with lots of interesting characters included in the story. There was lots of singing, dancing and some great lines! There is a lot of talent in sixth class! The audience loved it and really got into the spirit of the play. The costumes and set were great. Thanks to Mrs Mc Dermot, sixth class teachers, sound engineers, Grainne and Ciara, and to the girls who put on a brilliant show. Everybody loved it!
June 21st
There were lots of sporting activities on June 21st. It was a beautiful sunny day.
Junior Fun Sports
Senior Infants and First classes were dressed in their team colours, and enjoyed lots of novelty races.

Everybody had a great day, a big thank you to our teachers, and to our Mammies and Daddies who came to cheer us on.
Rugby Blitz
While the Juniors were busy with their sports, Fifth and Sixth Classes were having a Rugby Blitz. The teams in the Blitz were Bangladesh, Croatia, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and South Africa.
The final took place between Ireland and Poland. There was lots of cheering for both sides, but after a great display of skills, Ireland were the winners. Míle buiochas to Ms Bolger, our coach Noel Devin and his assistants, and to fifth and sixth class players, who entertained us all.
Going on Tour
It’s the school tours season now. Some boys and girls have already been on their tours, and others are looking forward to theirs. But for our Junior Infants, June 14th 2017 was their First School Tour, a Teddy Bear’s Picnic in a “surprise” location!

Everybody had a great day, and came back tired and happy. Teddies enjoyed it too! Thanks teachers for bringing us.
