Kilkenny Christmas Tree Festival at St Canice’s Cathedral

Most classes paid a visit to St Canice’s to see 120 trees of all shapes and sizes. There were some magnificent works of art and creativity to be seen. We had four fabulous entries from our school.

The Odd Sock Tree is the creation of Mrs Millea, Mrs O’Shea and their boys and girls.

Ms O’ Donoghue and her boys and girls created this roll tree.

The Word Tree is the creation of Ms Doyle and her boys and girls.

The Tea tree was created by Ms Murphy with assistance from Room 1 and 6th class.

Congratulations Ms Murphy and your helpers. The favourite Tree Vote has been announced and its the The Teariffic Christmas tree! Fantastic news, worth all the hard work ! Well done !

Room 6 boys and girls enjoyed their trip to see the trees.

More wonderful trees, which one will we vote for?
